Anna Ananda weaves together a background in Anthropology, design, and eco-activism with years of dedicated practice in meditation, yoga, breathwork, circling, and other transformational modalities.

Living with ME/CFS has deepened her understanding of rest, resilience, and nervous system regulation, shaping the way she guides others toward balance and regeneration.

Her approach is rooted in a non-dogmatic modern Buddhism and enriched by a broader context of non-dual teachings from other ancient wisdom traditions, as well as contemporary understandings of the nervous system, psychotherapy, trauma release and embodiment.
